MINI FISH BURGER RECIPE

Ingredients (2 burgers) :
2 fillets of cod, pollock or hake
Salt, pepper
Olive oil

For the burger :

Tomato (optional)

For the sauce :
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard

PREPARATION

Cook the fish
